Dear STAR Members,
Over the last three months the STAR Reorganization Team has been hard at work looking at STAR and how to not just tweak it but to transform our organization into once again the premier networking group in San Diego. Below is the new Vision, Mission, and Benefits.
Your team is currently polishing up the new business plan that will be presented on February 7th, below is the agenda for the meeting and a link to sign up. There will be limited seats because we are in the Crescendo and Encore rooms. I am looking forward to seeing everyone there.

The mission of the San Diego STAR organization is to serve professional individuals who have engagements with business owners and C-Level executives. We offer seasoned and experienced professionals who can build long-term relationships with members of the organization. Our uniqueness emanates from the ability of members to serve as a resource for other STAR members in a professional trusted adviser status. It is our intent to become the leading networking organization that provides warm leads to fellow members that leads to income producing engagements.

The primary purpose of the business plan is to define the business objectives that are necessary in order for the STAR organization to grow and meet its business expectations. The plan aggregates all of the organization’s activities that it must execute in order to build and grow the organization for long term sustainability. The plan develops a systemic path towards the achievement of those objectives.
